接種當日年滿50歲或以上，即附送由優越專業醫療中心提供之四價季節性流感疫苗服務(1針)。此疫苗服務及贈品之使用者須為同一客戶，客戶出示有效的身份證明文件及換領服務的二維碼以作以兌換已購買之服務。此贈品不得轉讓、兌換現金或其他產品。先到先得，送完即止。
