A designated Body Composition Analyser (suggested retail price: HK$650) must be purchased together with this plan to record your readings for customised coaching and progress management.
ˆThree Hypers will last for 12 months. Participants are required to pay for a lump-sum fee of HK$3,650 for the plan and purchase a designated Body Composition Analyser separately along with this plan.

AXA’s all-in-one insurance and health services platform Emma by AXA on your smart phone* easily connects you with the DrGo healthtech platform and your self-monitoring device which keeps you and EC Healthcare’s experts on the same page of your progress for timely follow up.
*A smart phone with Bluetooth capabilities and compatibility to install the necessary applications is required for joining this plan and arranging for health monitoring service.
Self-monitoring device/Services redemption procedures:
- A confirmation email (with the service QR codes) and a welcome email will be sent to your registered email after successful payment.
- Download DrGo App to your smart phone in order to access all the programme features.
- Call to book a face-to-face consultation@ with EC Healthcare during its office hours via the Make Appointment function on the Three Hypers page on Emma by AXA App.
- EC Healthcare will send you a confirmation SMS within 24 hours after booking successfully.
- Present your identification document and confirmation email for registration at the designated healthcare facilities.
- Present the service QR code via the Get Your Service function on the Three Hypers page on Emma by AXA App to redeem your consultation.
- Redeem your FORA Body Composition Analyzer W600¥ with the QR code for self-monitoring device and pair it with DrGo App at your first face-to-face consultation with EC Healthcare.
@It is recommended that you start your first consultation with the family doctor within the first month of purchase, after which you are suggested to meet your dietitian and personal trainer within a month after your first family doctor consultation.
¥ Your FORA Body Composition Analyzer W600 is entitled to one-year warranty under DrGo from the date of the purchase on the DrGo Health Store receipt. For enquiry on repairs and maintenance of the self-monitoring device, please contact DrGo Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2380 2323 between 8:00AM and 12:00AM, Monday to Sunday.
