Terms and Conditions of DrGo Me+ E－Gift Card
- DrGo Me+ E-gift cards can only be used to make purchases of designated DrGo Me+ products on DrGo Me+ website on https://www.drgohealthstore.com.hk/meplus-supplement/ or DrGo app for the initial payment only.
- The purchase and use of DrGo Me+ E-gift cards are only applicable to successfully registered DrGo users. The purchaser and the recipient of a DrGo Me+ E-gift cards can not be the same person. Each DrGo Me+ Gift Card only allows one registered DrGo account.
- Purchaser of DrGo Me+ Gift Card is required to provide the DrGo Me+ Gift Card recipient's email address when purchasing DrGo Me+ Gift Card. Please ensure to input the correct email address of the recipient. DrGo will not in any way reissue, refund or compensate the purchaser or the recipient if an incorrect email address has been provided or if the email containing the redemption code for the DrGo Me+ Gift Card is bounced back or for any reason does not reach the recipient, nor will DrGo be liable for any loss or damage in relation thereto.
- When making purchase with DrGo Me+ Gift Card and the balance on the DrGo Me+ Gift Card is insufficient to cover the products intend to be purchased, the user is required to pay for the difference with DrGo’s standard payment methods.
- Purchaser of DrGo Me+ Gift Card may choose to include a message for the recipient when purchasing a DrGo Me+ Gift Card. Purchaser may not input or upload any content which contain any of the following content: unauthorised, illegal, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, indecent, obscene, vulgar, offensive or potentially against decency, contains religious or political material, is likely to encourage crime, public disorder, violence or hatred, contains any advertising or promotion without invitation or authorisation materials or any materials or any third party non-public information without the required authorisation, inappropriate content; and if a purchaser does so or attempt to do so, DrGo shall have the right to take such action as it thinks fit without prior notice, which may include, without limitation, cancelling the Purchaser’s purchase of DrGo Me+ Gift Card, and DrGo reserves the right to recover all losses from the purchaser.
- Once a DrGo Me+ Gift Card has been purchased, the DrGo Me+ Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or exchange for cash.
- There will be no exchange or refund whatsoever if a DrGo Me+ Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, upon which any balance on the DrGo Me+ Gift Card will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed. If a DrGo Me+ Gift Card is lost or stolen, please notify DrGo by emailing to drgo@hkt.com, provide the proof of purchase, to enable DrGo to freeze the DrGo Me+ Gift Card as soon as possible.
- DrGo Me+ E-gift cards are valid for use for 180 days from the purchase date.
- Holder of a DrGo Me+ Gift Card can check the DrGo Me+ Gift Card balance by logging into the holder’s DrGo account page and clicking "Gift Cards" under the DrGo account, or by making enquiry via email to drgo@hkt.com. DrGo will normally be responding within 3 business days. When a DrGo Me+ Gift Card has no remaining balance, the DrGo Me+ Gift Card will be automatically deactivated.
- The value on DrGo Me+ Gift Card cannot be used to pay for any delivery fee.
- DrGo Me+ E-gift cards are not reloadable.
- Each DrGo Me+ Gift Card redemption code can be used repeatedly until no remaining balance is left. Each DrGo Me+ order can use up to one discount code and one DrGo Me+ Gift Card redemption code.
- No discount will be available when making purchase with a DrGo Me+ Gift Card, unless otherwise specified.
- The purchase and use of DrGo Me+ Gift Card are subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please see the DrGo Me+ website or DrGo app.
- In the event of any dispute in connection with DrGo Me+ Gift Card, the decision of DrGo (operated by eSmartHealth Limited) is final, binding and conclusive.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail, unless DrGo deems otherwise.
