DrGo video consultation e-Voucher

1. This DrGo video consultation e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) must be used before 30 June 2025.
2. The e-Voucher can be used one time only and only one e-Voucher can be used for each DrGo video consultation.
3. The e-Vouchers may be used for DrGo video consultation services of General Practice and Chinese medicine practitioners, but may not be used for DrGo video consultation services of designated DrGo programmes or plans.
4. You may use the e-Voucher after completion of the video consultation, at the time when you pay for the relevant consultation fees, and the value of the e-Voucher can be used to deduct the relevant consultation fees accordingly. The e-Voucher may not be used for payment of booking fee for a video consultation.
5. If the fees payable exceed the value of the e-Voucher, you are required to pay the difference on the DrGo App.
6. The use of DrGo is subject to the "DrGo Terms and Conditions" (please visit DrGo App or website for details), which includes, amongst others, that if you are a minor (i.e. under 18 years of age) at the time of video consultation, you are required to be physically accompanied by an adult during the video consultation.
7. The e-Voucher can only be used by the relevant registered user and is not transferrable. No refund, exchange, amendment nor cancellation of the e-Voucher will be accepted.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to DrGo at any time without notice. In the event of dispute relating to the e-Voucher, our decision shall be final.
10. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
DrGo Me+ Personalised Supplement Pack 1-Month Solution e-Voucher
This offer ends on 30 June 2025. Each customer can enjoy this offer once, whereby the customer may choose to subscribe DrGo Me+ Personalised Supplement Pack 1-Month Solution. Customer must enter the designated coupon code in “Apply Coupon Code” column at checkout to enjoy this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes (unless otherwise specified). Each order can only use one coupon code. Customer will be subject to automatic renewals of his/her 1-Month Solution every 30 days at the prevailing price at the time of the renewal for the relevant Solution as indicated on the DrGo Me+ website or DrGo app, unless the customer has validly terminated the subscription. You may edit your subscribed Solution no later than 3 days (i.e. 72 hours) prior to 12:00 pm of the expiry date of your initial or renewed 30-day solution (as the case maybe). Solutions that have been paid for cannot be cancelled or refunded. We reserve the rights to amend or terminate any of these offers without prior notice. In case of any dispute in relation to any offer, our decision shall be final.

4. 您可以在完成視像諮詢後，在您支付相關諮詢費用時使用電子券，電子券的價值可用於相應扣除相關諮詢費用。電子券不可用於支付預約視像諮詢服務的預約費用。
5. 如果應付的費用超過了電子券的價值，您需在DrGo應用程式繳付餘額。
6. DrGo的使用受《DrGo條款及細則》約束（詳情請瀏覽DrGo網頁或應用程式），包括但不限於若閣下是未成年人士（則未滿18歲），您在視像諮詢期間須由一名成年人親身陪同。
7. 電子券僅供登記用戶使用，不可轉讓。恕不接受電子券的退款、換貨、修改或取消。
8. 除非另有說明，電子券不可與其他推廣優惠或折扣一併使用，及不可兌換現金或其他產品。
9. 我們保留隨時修改此等條款及細則和與DrGo相關的任何條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。如有與電子券有關的爭議，我們的決定為最終決定。
10. 若此等條款及細則的中英文版本出現任何分歧，一概以英文版本為準。

優惠期至2025年6月30日。每位客戶只可享此優惠一次。客戶可選擇訂閱DrGo Me+個人化營養補充包之1個月方案。優惠不適用於購買一次性方案。客戶需在結帳時於「使用優惠碼」一欄輸入指定優惠碼方可享此優惠。此優惠並不可與其他優惠碼同時使用（除特別註明外）。每張訂單只可使用優惠碼乙個。客戶之1個月方案將按照自動續期時列於DrGo Me+網站或DrGo應用程式上的現行價格每30天自動續期，除非客戶已有效終止訂購。客戶可在1個月方案續期到期日中午12:00前最少3天（即72小時）修改或終止其訂購之方案。已付款之方案不可取消或退款。我們保留更改或終止此優惠而毋須事前通知。如就此優惠有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權 。
